Account Deletion
You can delete your HeartLine account inside the app from the Account tab. Confirm with your current password and the word DELETE.
What Is Deleted
Account records and associated personal data are deleted unless retention is required for legal, safety, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, or audit purposes.
Web Request
If you cannot access the app, email deletion@lets-talk.my from the email address associated with your account. Include the subject line "Account deletion request". We may ask you to verify ownership before deletion.
Timeline
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a shorter period is required by applicable law.
