Last updated: May 19, 2026
Service Scope
HeartLine provides anonymous peer emotional support, matching, diary, discussion, translation, and safety-moderation tools. HeartLine does not provide medical care, psychotherapy, diagnosis, crisis counselling, or emergency response.
Emergency Disclaimer
If you may harm yourself or someone else, or if anyone is in immediate danger, call local emergency services now. In Canada or the United States, call or text 988 for suicide crisis support.
User Responsibilities
You agree not to harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, spam, share illegal content, solicit minors, or use HeartLine for emergency response. You are responsible for the content you submit.
Moderation and Safety
We may interrupt conversations, create risk events, remove content, restrict accounts, or report serious abuse when necessary to protect users, comply with law, or operate the service safely.
Accounts
You must keep your account credentials secure. If the app allows account creation, it also provides a way to delete your account and associated personal data.
Availability
HeartLine may be unavailable in some countries or regions. We may suspend or modify the service at any time for safety, compliance, maintenance, or operational reasons.
